NEW ONGOING  FORMAT FOR SAQ CLASSES!

Satudays at 12:00 and Monday evenings at 7:30.  Ongoing schedule starts the week of January 7th.  Now, as an athlete, you can participate in SAQ classes between your sports seasons.  We see this as more flexible for you to come and participate in SAQ classes when it works for you instead of having to wait for a session to start.

 

Learn How To Increase Sports Speed through improved  Starting, Stopping, and Cutting!

Give your student athlete more confidence by learning proper sport movement techniques.  Faster and more confident athletes make for great improvements on the field.

If you are a previous student watch your email and mail for upcoming information.  If you are a new student call 559-6786 (School of Dance Arts and Taekwondo Works) or email tkdworks@comcast.net to leave contact info.

On-going classes are now available for Jr. High and HS athletes on Saturdays from 12:00 - 1:00 at Taekwondo Works location - 7223 Stonewall Parkway, Mechanicsville, VA 23111.

All of this can happen with only one hour per week (2-30 minute classes) 

Being faster, quicker and stronger can all be yours if you're willing to put in the effort.

For all male and female athletes ages 10 and up. We'll develop a personalized program to improve your SAQ - no matter what sport you play.

Some activities we use –

PLYOMETRICS (explosive jumping drills) such as box jumps, medicine ball jumping, various jumping exercises tailored to better meet your sport demands.

 AGILITY - various agility ladder exercises, Z balls, cone drills

SPEED – various sprinting methods to give quicker take off and longer full speed movement
